Mentoring Scheme

CPLAS is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across all aspects of the programme. We recognise the importance of creating an environment that values the contributions of all individuals and is inclusive of everyone, regardless of their background or identity.

To support the career development of our researchers, we are pleased to provide access to a dedicated mentoring scheme. This scheme will provide early career researchers with the guidance and support they need to develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence.

We understand that each partner institution may have unique EDI and career development training opportunities available, and we are committed to signposting our team to these resources. By doing so, we hope to support their career growth and development, and ensure they have access to the tools and support they need to thrive.

We are committed to creating a culture of inclusion where all individuals feel welcome, valued, and supported. We believe that this is essential for achieving the goals of our programme and for ensuring that we are able to contribute to the broader scientific community and society in more meaningful ways.
